Regulations of the Forex Insight Website

Effective date: August 7, 2025

§1. General Provisions

  1. These Regulations set out the rules for using the website available at https://forex-insight.com, run by:

  2. The Forex Insight service provides access to the Forex market for analyses and data. The website does not provide investment consulting services or recommendations within the meaning of applicable law.
  3. The condition for using the website is acceptance of these regulations.

§2. Account Registration

  1. Access to the website content requires User Account registration.
  2. The user is required to provide accurate data and maintain the confidentiality of login information.
  3. The Administrator may block the account in case of a violation of the regulations or legal provisions.

§3. Subscription and Payments

  1. The website operates on a subscription model. Access to content is granted after payment.
  2. Payments can be made via:
    • Bank transfer: lt383250035542541602
    • Revolut Business system
  3. Prices are listed as gross amounts.
  4. Once payment is received, the user automatically receives a VAT invoice.

§4. Cancellation and Refunds

  1. The user has the right to cancel the subscription at any time:
  2. In case of cancellation of an ongoing subscription, the user may receive a proportional refund.
  3. The Administrator reserves the right to cancel an active subscription, including in the case of user dissatisfaction — with full or partial refund.

§5. Scope of Responsibility

  1. Forex Insight provides analysis and market data for informational purposes only.
  2. The Administrator is not responsible for any investment decisions made by users based on the materials available on the website.
  3. The website does not offer investment advisory services within the meaning of the Financial Instruments Trading Act.

§6. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the website’s operation should be sent to: support@forex-insight.com
  2. The complaint should include:
    • User’s information
    • Problem description
    • Date of the issue
  3. The Administrator will review the complaint within 14 business days.

§7. Copyright

  1. All content available on Forex Insight is protected by copyright and is the property of Digital Exchange Sp. z o.o.
  2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or share any content without the Administrator’s consent.

§8. Territorial Scope and Language

  1. The website is available globally and its services may be used by users from any country.
  2. Currently, the website operates in Polish. Other language versions may become available in the future.

§9. Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these regulations. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
  2. Continued use of the website after such changes implies acceptance.
  3. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
